“It is an old, charming inn with winding stairs and hallways. The room was very nice sized, the bed comfortable, had good light, and a modernized attached bath. Do not compare it to a modern luxury hotel. The breakfast was great and the restaurant had great food for dinner. Location perfect-right across from the lake and easy walk into town. All the staff were so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Loved it!”

“host was very communicative, allowed us to extend our stay, there were plenty of kitchen supplies and things throughout the house so we found everything we needed (fishing rods, playing cards, etc) the area is so nice and everyone around is so kind especially the next door neighbor Eric. if you have a chance to meet him he’s an awesome guy.”

“The house was not clean, feces on the toliet in the master bathroom, used toothbrushes in the upstairs bathroom, kitchen table was covered in crusted on food. We opened the refigerator and there was moldy food along with dirt. The host did refund my cleaning payment but I still feel like for $1000 for two nights it should have been way better. The house is secluded and did have enough room for everyone, which was a postive. The washer had so much mold growing in it we couldn't imagine that……
